Terms of Service
Effective July 2026
These Terms govern purchases, downloads, licensing, and use of Nest XL products and services offered by Lucid Industrial Corporation.
1. Products and access
Nest XL is Windows desktop software. Demo Mode may be used without an expiration date, but production DXF export requires a valid license for the installed edition.
2. Subscriptions
Standard and Corporate memberships renew monthly on the same calendar date until cancelled. Access remains available through the paid period shown by the licensing service. Failed, refunded, cancelled, or expired access may return the software to Demo Mode.
Questions involving cancellations or payment reversals are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. 24-Hour Pass
The Standard 24-Hour Pass is a one-time license. Its 24-hour period begins at first successful online activation and runs continuously from that time.
4. Computer authorization
Each current license authorizes one computer. Keys may not be shared, resold, published, or used to bypass edition or activation controls.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying nests, dimensions, quantities, material, machine settings, cut paths, and production suitability before manufacturing. Nest XL assists planning but does not replace engineering review or shop safety procedures.
6. Availability and updates
Features, compatibility, and services may be improved or changed. Reasonable maintenance, security, and service interruptions may occur.
