Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Nest XL.
Monthly memberships
Standard and Corporate subscriptions can be cancelled through the secure billing portal. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and leaves access available through the current paid period.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Contact support promptly with the billing email, purchase date, edition, and reason for the request. Approved refunds may disable the related license.
24-Hour Pass
Because the pass is a time-limited digital license, it is generally not refundable after successful activation. Contact support when a technical failure prevented activation or use.
Duplicate or incorrect purchase
Contact support immediately and avoid activating the incorrect key. We will review duplicate charges and edition mistakes using Stripe and licensing records.
Amazon, eBay, and Retail USB purchases
Marketplace purchases are also governed by the return and buyer-protection rules of the marketplace where the order was placed. A refunded, charged-back, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained Retail Activation Code may be revoked. Contact support with the marketplace order number when a return, replacement USB, or activation problem requires review.
