Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
Lucid Industrial Corporation respects the privacy of Nest XL customers. This policy describes the information used to sell, license, support, and improve Nest XL.
Information collected
We may receive customer name, company, email, billing identifiers, purchase status, license type, edition, authorized-device fingerprint hash, computer display information, Windows version, application version, verification timestamps, and support messages.
DXF and project files
Nest XL is local desktop software. DXF drawings and Nest XL project files are not uploaded to the licensing service as part of normal activation or verification.
Optional Nest Review sharing
During installation and in the application settings, you may choose whether completed Nest Review ZIP packages are shared to help improve the optimizer. When enabled, a package may include original DXF files, completed nest output, part quantities, sheet and process settings, placements, utilization results, timestamps, application version, runtime diagnostics, and optimizer termination details. Sharing is disabled unless you affirmatively choose it, queued packages are sent only when the computer is online, and the option may be disabled later. Submitted packages are available only to authorized Nest XL administrators and may be retained for optimizer development, testing, regression analysis, security, and support.
Website analytics and download history
The website records public page-view counts and installer-download activity. For this purpose, Cloudflare country metadata may be stored as a two-letter country code together with the page-view date or the installer download time, edition, and version. Nest XL does not store an IP address in the website analytics or installer download-history records.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Nest XL does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Email delivery
Mailgun may be used to deliver license and support emails.
Security and retention
License keys are stored by the service as cryptographic hashes rather than readable full keys. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for licensing, billing, security, support, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction of customer information or contact support with privacy questions. Some records must be retained to prevent license abuse, process billing, or meet legal requirements.
