Software End User License Agreement
Effective July 2026
This End User License Agreement governs installation and use of Nest XL Standard and Nest XL Corporate.
License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Lucid Industrial Corporation grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased edition on the authorized computer.
Demo Mode
Demo Mode permits evaluation and project work but does not authorize production DXF export.
Restrictions
You may not share license keys, defeat activation controls, reverse engineer licensing protections, redistribute paid access, or use a Standard or pass license to unlock Corporate functionality.
Ownership
Nest XL, its code, interface, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property remain owned by Lucid Industrial Corporation and its licensors.
Production responsibility
You must inspect and validate all output before cutting or manufacturing. You are responsible for backups, machine compatibility, geometry, dimensions, material selection, process settings, safety, and final production decisions.
Optional optimizer-improvement participation
You may opt in to sharing completed Nest Review ZIP packages for software improvement. Participation is voluntary, is not required for licensing or normal operation, and may be disabled later. When enabled, shared packages may include original drawings, nest output, settings, placements, results, timestamps, and diagnostics. You represent that you have authority to submit the included files for this limited product-improvement purpose.
Termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, refund, fraud, key sharing, or material breach. The software may continue in Demo Mode if licensed export access is suspended or terminated under this EULA.
Retail USB licenses
A Retail USB Activation Code creates one perpetual customer license with no expiration date for the edition printed on its sealed card. Unless the product listing expressly states otherwise, the license authorizes one Windows computer at a time. The registered customer may request a device reset for a legitimate replacement computer; this does not transfer ownership of the license to another person or business. Codes may be revoked after a refund, chargeback, fraud determination, or material breach of this EULA.
